All parts and accessories returned in the new unused condition, within 30 days of purchase, are eligible for a refund or exchange. The returned product must be in its original packaging and available for resale. Sorry we cannot refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping unless we are at fault.
Did you order the wrong parts?
If you want to return the parts, we will refund you for the purchase price.
If you want to exchange the parts, simply return the incorrect parts and let us know what part numbers you need. We will make the exchange, adjust the order total accordingly, and ship your new parts as soon as possible.
Remember the best way to find the correct parts is to shop by grill brand and model number. Do not always rely on your owner’s manual because they frequently are mixed up in retail stores. Find the Product Certification Tag located on your grill.
Did we tell you the parts would fit your model?
If you ordered a part from a page that indicates specifically that it will fit your grill’s model number and the part does not fit, please send an email to email@example.com. Please include a photo of the Product Certification Tag located on your grill and a photo of the front of your grill. We cannot accept model numbers from owner’s manuals. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. We will look into your issue and be in contact with you as soon as possible. In your email, please include the following.

*The part number(s) that do not fit
*Description of problem and any relevant information we may need*Telephone number
Were the parts defective or damaged in shipment?

Don’t want the parts?
You can return the parts as long as they are in their original packaging and available for resale. We will refund you the purchase price.
Need to cancel an order?
If you decide to cancel an order after it has been placed, send us an email and we will do our best to catch it before it has been shipped. If we are able to stop it before it leaves our warehouse, we will simply restock the parts at no cost to you. If the order has already been shipped, the cheapest option for you is to refuse the delivery. You can also return the parts to us unopened. We will refund you the amount minus all shipping costs. The returned parts must be in original packaging and available for resale.
When you are returning parts, please pack with care.
These parts can be easily damaged in shipping, please use original packing materials when possible. No refunds can be given for damaged parts.
